Session of Art of living Workshop

Session was organized in SSDS on the concept ,"हर घर ध्यान," by a group of followers of "P.P. Shri Shri Ravishankar". Mr.Manoj Pudke, Mrs. Yogita Pudke and Mrs. Archana Nandawar conducted the session and explained about the basics of Meditation and Pranayam.
